When you subscribe to the Cavinona Wine Club, in addition to your monthly box you can expect:
- Producer information, tasting notes, and pairing suggestions for each wine

Order Cut off: To receive the next Cavinona Wine Club shipment, simply sign up before the 30th of the month to receive the next month's box. For example, sign up before May 30th to receive the June box.
Payment: The initial payment is processed at the time of sign up. All subsequent orders will recur automatically on the 20th of the month.
Delivery: Deliveries occur during the last week of the scheduled delivery month. We will notify you when your box ships, and you can expect it to arrive between 1-5 business days.
It depends when in the month you order and where you are. Orders processed will take 1-5 business days to arrive from the month's ship date, which occurs during the last week of each month. We will notify you when your box ships.

Yes. Cavinona Wine Club is designed to be flexible and accommodating.
If you wish to skip a month, you can easily do so by following these steps:
- Log in to your Cavinona Wine Club account.
- Once logged in, under your name you will find "Manage Membership." Click here to access your membership details.
- Within the account settings, under "YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE," you have the option to skip that month's delivery.
- Confirm your selection to skip the month, and your membership will be adjusted accordingly.
- When you are ready to receive your monthly wine delivery, simply reactivate your membership according to your preferred schedule.
